What is included?
Up to five agreed pages in one language, content refinement, a work gallery, one enquiry route, editing controls and launch support. The written proposal lists the exact pages, features, review rounds and costs.

Can customers book or pay online?
The core offer helps customers contact you or request a quote. We can link to an existing booking service where appropriate. New booking systems, automated quotes, payment handling and integrations are separately scoped. An enquiry is not a confirmed booking.

What do you need from me?
Your service details, service area, contact information, available branding and photos you have permission to use. You approve the business information and provide the agreed access and legal content needed for launch. I help organise and refine the page content.

What will it cost, and how long will it take?
You receive a fixed price and schedule after we agree the scope. The proposal includes payment stages and the materials needed to begin. Hosting and ongoing care are agreed separately.

Can I keep my domain and edit the website?
Yes. I can connect your existing domain once the required access is agreed. You receive editing controls and a walkthrough for the agreed text, images and service information. If you already have a website or business email, we check the transition requirements before quoting the work.

Will the website bring more customers?
It gives people a clear place to explore your services and contact you. Enquiry numbers also depend on demand, people reaching the website, your offer and your follow-up. I do not guarantee leads, sales or search rankings.
